Steingass is a digital rendition of the esteemed Arabic dictionary by Steingass, featured in the Arabic Almanac series. Users can efficiently search the dictionary using the root letter of a word, with the app promptly displaying the corresponding page from the original print edition.

This application is designed to assist students in their exploration of the Arabic language, facilitating easier access to linguistic resources without the burden of a physical dictionary. The convenience of having comprehensive information available at one's fingertips enhances the learning experience.

The dictionary can be navigated using an Arabic keyboard; alternatively, users without access to such a keyboard can utilize Roman (English) letters that correspond to Arabic phonetics for searches.
